What was the highlight of Inks Hotel
Poor choice for someone with stair difficulties. However, lovely staff make up the difference.
Stall were helpful and Naomi was a intelligent, friendly receptionist with time to spend looking after you.
The location was disappointing as were the stairs involved getting to room and office. The whole place needs a makeover but compensated by the staff friendliness. I was disappointed at the guide who was supposed to give me a tour of the city. He walked me for miles to try and sell me anything that me was going to get commission off. His persistence with selling me a tour was horrible. I was left hiding in my room while he returned again and again to persuade me to buy.
